MNEMOS is operated by Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181), Queensland, Australia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using MNEMOS ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
MNEMOS lets you build a personal memory profile (facts and preferences you choose to store) and generates text formatted for you to paste into the settings of third-party AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Groq, Perplexity, Mistral), or, if you install our optional browser extension, to have that text filled in automatically on your behalf.
MNEMOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Groq Inc., Perplexity AI, or Mistral AI. Those names are used only to describe compatibility.
The Free plan is limited to 25 stored memory facts. The Pro plan (AUD $9/month) removes that limit and adds export history and priority processing. Enterprise pricing is arranged individually. Payment processing is not yet enabled at the time of writing; when it is, a separate payment provider's terms will also apply, and you'll be notified before being charged.
The instructions MNEMOS generates are produced with the help of a third-party AI model (Groq). We don't guarantee that generated text is accurate, complete, or that any AI platform you paste it into will behave in a particular way. You're responsible for reviewing generated text before pasting it anywhere, and for what you choose to tell any third-party AI platform about yourself.
The optional MNEMOS browser extension attempts to automatically fill your generated text into supported AI platforms' own settings pages. Because those pages are controlled by third parties and can change at any time, automatic filling may fail or behave unexpectedly; the extension always falls back to copying the text to your clipboard so you can paste it manually. You should review any auto-filled text before saving it on the third-party platform.
Don't use MNEMOS to store or generate unlawful content, to impersonate someone else, to attempt to disrupt the Service, or to attempt unauthorised access to other users' data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including anything that happens as a result of text generated by MNEMOS or filled in by its browser extension. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
