This explains what MNEMOS (operated by Aussi-Nexus Group, ABN 76 947 108 181, Australia) collects, why, and who else sees it. MNEMOS is built to hold the personal facts and preferences you choose to store — we treat that as sensitive by default.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) | Account creation and login |
| Memory facts you add or import (identity, preferences, work, projects, etc.) | The core purpose of the Service — generating your platform instructions |
| Text you paste in for AI extraction | Sent to Groq's API once to extract facts; not stored by us beyond the facts you keep |
| Generated platform export history (Pro plan) | So you can retrieve a past export |
| Basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps, error logs) | Security, abuse prevention, debugging |
We do not currently collect payment details — payment processing is not yet enabled. When it is, a payment provider will process card details directly; we will not store your card number.
The optional MNEMOS browser extension reads your generated platform text (fetched from your MNEMOS account using your login) and, on pages belonging to supported AI platforms, fills it into the relevant settings field. The extension does not read or transmit anything else on those pages, and does not run on any other website.
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in, and browser local storage to hold your session token. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can view, edit, or delete any memory fact yourself from your dashboard at any time. You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing support@itnex.com.au. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and portability; if you're in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles apply to how we handle your personal information.
We keep your account and memory data until you delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your stored memory facts and export history.
Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Access to the database is restricted to the server itself. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information you provide.
We may update this policy from time to time. Questions: support@itnex.com.au.
